Luxury Villa Anima with private pool, sauna and gym Let's start by entering the garden, where you get the absolute breathtaking from all sides of the house along with a large 35mq pool. They also have a large covered terrace where there is an outdoor kitchen with a fireplace and an outdoor dining area. Very nice eche where you can spend the evening hours with your family. In the outdoor kitchen you also have the outdoor bathroom with shower. Upon entering the house you have a view of the large warm living room and a large fully equipped kitchen. In Villa Anima there are two living rooms. The living room has a large TV and also downstairs you have a large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a wardrobe room. Via the stairs to the first floor you enter an additional living room with a large balcony overlooking the Sea.Also the view from the terrace reaches to the National Park Brioni.On the left and right side there is a bedroom with a private bathroom with shower.One of the rooms also has a private terrace.The villa is fully air conditioned with 9 air conditioners.The Yard extends to 6300sqm. You also have a view of the olive grove.For groups under 25 years an additional deposit of 150e per person.
