NOTICE ABOUT MAKING WRITTEN COMPLAINTS OF THE SERVICE USERS

In accordance to directive of the Article 6, Paragraph 1, Item 3 of the Law on Providing Tourism Services, NN (national newspapers) No. 130/17 the user’s written complaint can be made:

– in writing in the business premises;
– through email; rent@wiibuk.com
– by mail on the address:

The reception of the complaint will be confirmed in writing without any delay after receiving the written complaint of the service user, and the answer will be given in writing within 15 days starting from the day of receiving of complaint
