This beautiful Villa is only 400m away from the beach. The villa Valbandon with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms is the perfect place for a vacation for two or three families. The swimming pool will be finished at the end of April 2016. The holiday home is completely fenced by a wall with inside private parking for 2 cars. You will enjoy there in sun next to a private swimming pool. The bricked grill is placed near the pool and is perfect for nicest outdoor dinners and lunches at a big table for up to 10 guests. The interior of the villa has a nice living room, a big dining table with a nice kitchen. The villa has four large air-conditioned bedrooms and four bathrooms two with shower and 2 with a bathtub. The beach is only 400m walking distance away from the property. Restaurants, bars and markets are also at walking distance. In a 5 min walk you can reach the fisher village of Fažana placed in front of the Brioni Islands National Park. In Fazana you will find lots of restaurants, bars, nightlife, family parks and you can enjoy an amazing stroll along the shore

The Villa Valbandon is located in the village of the same name Valbandon in the south of the Istrian peninsula between the largest city on the Pula peninsula and the romantic fishing village Fažana. The place is becoming increasingly popular among tourist destinations. One of the reasons is the proximity to the miles of beaches of Valbandon and Fažana as well as a long promenade and a cycle path along the coast that leads from Fažana over the beach of Valbandon to Štinjan. There are shops, restaurants and taverns in the village itself. There is also a large field in Valbandon, the contents of which can be used. Despite the proximity of many sights and tourist destinations in Istria, Valbandon is still a wonderful place to relax.

Das Objekt ist in einem sauberen und gepflegten Zustand. Sehr gut aussgestattet, jedes kleinste Detail wurde hier beachtet. Schöner großer Pool der regelmäßig gereinigt wird. Die Raumaufteilung kann man sich nicht besser vorstellen, privatsphäre ist gegeben. Zwei Räumlichkeiten mit Ausgang zum Balkon. Eine Räumlichkeit mit Ausgang auf eine riesen Terrasse. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, offen und nett. Gastfreundlichkeit zu 100% gegeben. Zur Lage vom Ort: Man kann sehr viele Städte in der Nähe besuchen, die nicht weit voneinander Liegen. Die Villa ist Zentral von vielen Orten, dennoch nicht im Stadtkern selbst, wo das Nachtleben stattfindet. Bis zum Zentrum(Promenade) sind es 8min Autofahrt. Das Meer ist 12min zu Fuß entfernt. Im Allgemeinen verdient diese schöne Villa mit vorzeige Vermietern 5 Sternen!!! Für Familien und Gruppen sehr gut geeignet! Preislich völlig in Ordnung und nicht übertrieben. Nicht zu vergessen. Hunde sind Willkommen.
