Beautiful house with private pool near Fažana
The house Komel with is located in a small village Valbandon only 600m away from the beach located in front of the National park of Briuni islands. The house can accommodate 8 people. The construction area is 200sqm and 170sqm of the house.The villa offers 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor is the spacious living room with SAT-TV and the output to the wonderful outdoor pool with an outdoor shower. The pool is 150cm deep and 8x4 wide and long.
The house is on two floors. On the first floor there is a bedroom, a bathroom and a living room with an exit to the pool. The kitchen is equipped with conditions for cooking (4 plates), oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine ... On the first floor are the 3 bedrooms with the bathroom.
The terace in the garden is 60mq large with furniture and the barbecue with sun loungers by the pool.
Like any of our houses, House Komel also has free WiFi and parking.

The village Valbandon is located in the south of the Istrian peninsula, between the largest city of the peninsula, Pula and the romantic fishing village Fažana. The place is with holidaymakers increasingly popular. One of the reasons is the proximity to the beaches of Valbandon and Fažana and the long walking and bike path along the coast, leading from Fažana over the beach of Valbandon up to Štinjan. In the village there are shops, restaurants and taverns. In Valbandon there is also a large campsite, whose contents you can also use. Despite its proximity to many attractions and destinations in Istria, Valbandon is still a place where you can relax.
