This beautiful villa can accommodate up to 8 people. The villa with a garden spreads over 1000m2, and the house over 180m2. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Each room has its own bathroom, TV and air conditioning. There is another toilet with a washing machine. The large spacious kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, dining table with 8 chairs. In the villa from the large living room you can access the pool. Outside you can enjoy the large pool or just lie on deck chairs and read a nice book . This beautiful and modern villa with its surroundings is a real pleasure for the eye. Like each of our villas, Villa Aeris also has free WiFi access and parking for 3 cars. In the garden there is an outdoor kitchen with barbecue where you can spend the evening grilling. In the yard there is also a playground with swings for children and table football. Villa Aeris  is really beautiful!

    Villa Aeris is an enchanting holiday villa in Croatia - Istria in the village of Sumber, which is located near the beautiful town of Labin. Labin is one of the most beautiful towns in Istria and is located on a hill. The city has a rich history, which is evidenced by various sights that you can see if you walk through the old town. Labin is full of small streets where a large number of artists have decided to open galleries. During your visit to Labin, we suggest you visit the National Museum, which houses an improvised mine, considering that a large number of Labin's residents were engaged in mining in the past. A visit to pizzeria Rumore is inevitable during your stay in Labin if you want to enjoy excellent pizzas, a unique view and great ambiance. Labin is only a few kilometers away from the fishing village of Rabac, which is known for its beautiful beaches and good entertainment.

    Wir würden noch mehr Sterne vergeben, wenn dies möglich wäre! Wunderschöne, gepflegte Villa, sehr ruhig gelegen und perfekt wenn man den Urlaub mit seinen Hunden verbringen möchte (das komplette Anwesen ist sicher umzäunt) Die Bilder entsprechen 100% der Realität. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden und kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

    Super Villa, Super Vermieter. Die Villa ist in einem kleinen Bergdorf, fernab vom Massentourismus, also perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Anfahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich, aber über Potipican ganz ok. Die Villa Aeris ist 1:1 wie auf den Bildern, alles sehr hochwertig (sehr wenige Gebrauchsspuren) Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Vermieter hatten sogar etwas zum Essen eingekauft, so dass man locker den ersten Tag überbrücken konnte. Alles in allem, waren wir nach anfänglichen Zweifeln (Fake) sehr zu Frieden und empfehlen sowohl die Villa Aeris, als auch Wiibuk gerne weiter. Beide sind seriös, sie können also sicher sein, dass alles klappt. Reise war im 07/23

    Ein traumhaft schönes Haus! Sehr modern und mit allem ausgestattet was man für den Urlaub braucht! Die Außenküche und die tolle überdachte Terrasse hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Es ist alles blitzblank sauber und auch der Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt! Die Vermieter hatten uns sogar schon einige Kleinigkeiten zu essen und zu trinken bereit gestellt, so das man erstmal versorgt war! Ganz ganz großes Lob und herzlichen Dank an Seila und ihren Mann! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
