The two-story villa with a pool spans 200 sqm and is equipped with air conditioning, accommodating a maximum of 8 people.The ground floor features a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sitting area, satellite TV, and a fireplace. Additionally, there is a bedroom for two with single beds, an en suite shower/toilet, and a separate toilet. Moving to the first floor, there are three double bedrooms with double beds, satellite TV, and shower/toilet facilities. One of the bedrooms boasts a balcony overlooking the poolside of the house.
