It is ideal for people who want a quiet resting place with beautiful nature and luxurious accommodation. Around the house you will enjoy a continuous view of the surrounding valley, trees and greenery. Complete relaxation and privacy for your ideal vacation. Lovers of hiking and biking will also be very pleased with this place with many beautiful trails. You will find two fully equipped kitchens and a beautifully spacious outdoor barbecue area. On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms and one single, two bathrooms and one toilet. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms and one single, two bathrooms and one toilet. You can also use a sofa bed in the living room if you need extra beds. A baby cot and high chair are available. The house is air conditioned and has broadband WiFi. Outside you will find a beautiful swimming pool with jacuzzi and 6 quality loungers, a very nice and gentle garden with some living furniture and a covered dining room with a rustic fireplace for alfresco dinner.

Šišan is the name of the place where Villa Nera is located with a beautiful large yard and pool. Although you have a swimming pool at your disposal, the beaches located only 1km from the Villa, with its white sandy and rocky shores and beautiful Adriatic blue color will attract you without thinking. The inevitable Food & Wine Station Trapan winery is also nearby where you can taste high quality wines, taste very tasty dishes and walk with a glass of wine in hand through the large vineyards with a golden sunset. Wine and nature lovers will be delighted.
Restaurant Bodulka is also one of the restaurants only for recommendation. With a wonderful ambience, a large illuminated pool, professional hospitality and a great unusual choice on the menu, you absolutely should visit.
Monte Madonna in Šišan - today, a very interesting museum - provided the main war port of Pula, and was used for observation with the aim of preserving and controlling the wider maritime law in the waters of the Kvarner Bay. Wir haben eine Woche in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft verbracht und es war einfach fantastisch! Alles war absolut sauber und im Haus war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man für einen perfekten Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders begeistert waren wir von dem schönen Hof und dem großartigen Pool mit Whirlpool. Die Besitzer sind unglaublich nett und haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Der gesamte Aufenthalt war ein wahres Vergnügen – schade nur, dass es so kurz war! Wir können diese Unterkunft von ganzem Herzen weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Das Haus war super schön und alles war sehr sauber. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Vermieter waren super nett und hilfsbereit. Ich möchte mich noch mal recht herzlich bei Damir und Nera bedanken für die schöne Zeit die wir hatten.

Das ist super. Man hat 2 eigenständige Wohnungen über eine Außentreppe verbunden, einen großen Esstisch unter Dach mit Außenküche. Die Vermieter sind supernett, aber auch zurückhaltend- bei Fragen hilfsbereit, ansonsten bekommt man sie kaum mit, obwohl sie nebenan wohnen.
