The first floor comprises three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and a private terrace equipped with outdoor furnishings. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV with IPTV channels, Max and Netflix, a table, a chair and a mirror, a wardrobe,and a shelf for storing suitcases and shoes. Additionally, all bedrooms are fitted with carbon monoxide and smoke detectors for enhanced safety. For added convenience, all bathrooms are stocked with complimentary shampoo.The villa is situated within a minimalist landscaped and enclosed garden spanning approximately 1000 square meters, ensuring absolute privacy.It is embraced by a picturesque garden where you can unwind amidst the beauty of nature. The pool, measuring 12.6 meters in length and 4.2 meters in width, spans an area of 52.92 square meters and is heated with saltwater. The pool is available for use year-round and  a pool heating is available at an additional fee.For your additional comfort there is also a hot tub for three people available at an additionl fee.A few steps away, you’ll find a covered terrace complete with an outdoor dining area, a gas grill, and a smart TV/IPTV. This is the ideal spot for family gatherings, where you can prepare delightful meals and relish a memorable vacation together. By the pool’s sunbathing area, there are eight lounge chairs, umbrellas, comfortable seating, a garden adorned with Mediterranean herbs, and even a playground for children to enjoy. In front of the house, there are six parking spaces available, along with a charging station compatible with all electric and hybrid cars – the MOON charger.Each bedroom is equipped with a spacious 180×200 double bed featuring Swarovski crystals on the headboard, air conditioning, underfloor heating, and access to smart TV/IPTV. You can also enjoy access to HBOmax and Netflix during your stay. The villa also provide a PlayStation PS5 with a selection of games and two controllers, as well as an electric scooter for your enjoyment.The villa is equipped with electric roller shutters for air-conditioning, fireplace, safe, and toddler bed with a high chair, separate toilet, laundry room with a washing machine/dryer, pantry, outdoor mood lighting, video surveillance, and solar panels for hot water.
