 Villa Angelina is a beautiful Istrian stone villa with a swimming pool, tennis court, and almost 2 hectares of garden with olive trees, fig trees, lavender, rosemary, and lovely Mediterranean plants.   The property offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open kitchen, dining and living area. The living room and 2 bedrooms face the pool and olive trees. The villa is well furnished and equipped, including an LCD TV and wifi.Villa Angelina is a calm rural oasis close to the sea and Rovinj city centre. Swimming in the sea, biking the paths, boat tours, wine routes, hiking trails, the Limski fjord and many Istrian attractions are nearby. Bring your bathing suit, tennis racquets, and bikes.As there is a non-fenced pool right by the house, please note the youngest children we can accommodate should be seven years old and older, and everyone strong swimmers. We would prefer pets after discussion.

    Es war alles super. Agentur sowie Vermieter waren immer erreichbar, die Bezahlung und Übergabe erfolgte schnell und unkompliziert. Die Vila ist sehr schön und mit allem notwendigen eingerichtet (außer Wasserkocher). Das Grundstück ist weitläufig aber atwas abseits gelegen. Dennoch für jemand der Ruhe sucht und trotzdem nicht weit zur Stadt/Strände sein will, ideal gelegen.

    Tolle Lage, sehr sauber und schöner Pool. Das Haus ist für 6 Personen es gibt aber leider nur 4 Liegen am Pool. Küchenutensilien könnten ein wenig aufgestockt werden.

    Wir waren eine achtköpfige Gruppe von Jugendliche und hatten eine super Zeit! Schöne Villa mit großem Wohnzimmer und Küche, modernen Bädern und 3 Schlafzimmern. Draußen tolle Terrasse und großer Pool, die Vermieterin und der Hausmeister waren sehr freundlich.
