Villa with pool in natural setting near Pula This beautiful villa is categorized with four stars and can accommodate up to10 persons. The villa with garden extends over 700sqm as the house over 280sqm. It has 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own private bath, a TV and air conditioning. There is another also a toilet with washing machine. On the ground floor is a bedroom with double bed (180 * 200), sofa bed (140 * 195), the kitchen has the oven, cooking rings, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, toaster, dining table with 10 chairs, kitchen also has a minibar and Four bar chairs. In the villa from a large living room you can access to swimming pool. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms with ensuite bath. Two rooms with 2 beds size 90 x200 and the fourth bedroom has a double bed size 160 X200. Outside you can enjoy in the big Pool (8m * 4m) or just lay on sun loungers and read a nice book. This beautiful and modern villa with its surroundings is a true pleasure to the eye. Like each of our villas, Villa Cynara also has free Wifi access and parking for 4 cars. In the garden is an outdoor kitchen where you can spend your evening time at grill. There is also a playground with swings for the children in the yard. The Villa Cynara is truly wonderful!

    Es war ein schönes Erlebnis!! Ein ruhiger Urlaub in schöner Natur und wunderschön eingerichteten Villa..super Wetter und einen sehr übersichtlichen Strand! Der Gastgeber war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen ganz sicher wieder !!!

    Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in Kroatien!! Wir wurden sehr freundlich von dem Eigentümer-Ehepaar begrüßt. Das Haus war perfekt sauber und hatte eine tolle Ausstattung. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Outdoor-Küche. Man hat die Möglichkeit direkt neben dem Tisch zu grillen und auch zu kochen. Der Pool wurde immer wieder morgens (als wir noch schliefen) gereinigt somit dieser auch immer in perfektem Zustand war. Wir hatten einen Rollstuhlfahrer dabei. Wir konnten bei dem Seiteneingang immer ohne Stufe rein fahren(die Tür ist normal geschlossen - 1 Mal gefragt ob die geöffnet werden kann und 1 Stunde später war sie schon offen) - die einzige kleine Hürde ist nur eine Schwelle an der Balkontür um in das Haus zu gelangen - ansonsten konnte er sich frei bewegen. Vorallem war das ebenerdige Schlafzimmer mit dem komfortablen Bad wirklich praktisch mit dem Rollstuhl. Das komplette Haus war Klimatisiert. Es ist einfach nur zu empfehlen!!!!!!
