Villa Demian is located in front of the most famous tourist place Medulin, which you will definitely not remain indifferent. Beautiful bays and beaches and clear sea make this area an extremely attractive holiday destination. Medulin is a town where you will find everything you want. Various restaurants with delicious dishes and views of the sunsets, various attractions for adults and children, sports activities and water sports, numerous cafes, discos and sand bars for those who like to spend quieter sunsets with their favorites with a cocktail and the smell of the sea .
Cape Kamenjak is definitely a "must visit" location that you must not miss. 80km long beaches, coves, rocks, caves and hidden passages, kayak tours, night cycling events, safari bars, parks and great experiences.
The Vižula Archaeological Park is also very visited and interesting to people. Archaeological traces in this area date from late antiquity to the early Middle Ages, where an ancient villa was found, which is one of the largest and most luxurious maritime-residence villas of the Roman imperial era on the east coast of the Adriatic.

2 Wochen waren wir in diesem kleinen Haus mit tollem Garten. Für 2 Personen eine perfekte größe. Das Haus ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem. Mückenschutz ist bei allen Fenstern angebracht. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Auch scharfe Messer! Der Aussenbereich ist geräumig. Großer sauberer Pool. Vier Liegen stehen bereit. Eine Auflage für die Liegen wäre super, so wäre es etwas weicher......Die direkten Nachbarn sind zwei ältere Leute mit Hund. Sind aber eher ruhig. Etwas störender sind da die drei großen Villen Luna und Sole. Wenn hier Partygäste sind, sitzt man gefühlt bei denen neben der Lautsprecherbox. Man kann aber die Vermieter direkt kontaktieren, die haben dann für Ruhe gesorgt. Ein kleines Detail noch zum Schluss.....Wir haben übersehen, dass hier keine Endreinigung ist! Man muss also selbst schon mal aufräumen und putzen am Schluss. Dies hatten wir vergessen, da alle unsere Ferienobjekte Endreinigung dabei war. Im nachhinein haben wir die Reaktion der Vermieterin verstanden als wir uns auf der Rückfahrt die MIetbedingung genauer durchgelesen hatten...... Also im Ganzen ein tolles Objekt. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man auch schnell am Hafen....Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder

Ein wunderschönes kleines Häuschen. Wir waren wirklich sehr glücklich mit dem Haus und hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Die Ausstattung an Küchenutensilien war leider etwas wenig oder längst zum wegschmeißen bereit. Super Strände, sowie Pula um die 20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Der Strand am Haus ist leider nicht so toll daher sind wir immer wo anders hin gefahren. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen :)

Sehr schönes ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus, ca. 150 Meter vom Meer entfernt. Sehr freundliche zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Würden das Haus zu jederzeit wieder buchen.
