Unique waterfront villa with private pool, jacuzzi, sauna and elevator This unique sea front villa stands out from the rest. Everything in it is high class with the very best of materials and designer furniture. There are 6 bedrooms 3 spacious double bedrooms and 3 single bedrooms, 4bathrooms, baby cots for your kids can be fitted. The outdoor garden has watered carpet like grass, a pool and a whirpool on the last floor. You will also find exclusive garden furniture, sun loungers and a large dinning a living room. A terrace upstairs is equipped with a jacuzzi bath. The villa is in Pula, Pjescana Uvala and it has absolute privacy ,surrounded by the nicest sea of the coast. Still the town centre is in walking distance with shops and restaurants.

    Pješćana uvala is one of our favorite corners of the city of Pula. You feel as if you are in a totally different town, the atmosphere and ambience of restaurants and cafes are special, beautiful and pleasant.

    Batana beach bar is a bar to which you have a three minute easy walk from the villa where you can spend a relaxing evening with your loved ones with a variety of cocktails and live music or afternoon sunbathing right on the beach.

    Pješćana uvala is also a place where smaller jazz concerts are often held, and along the coast there is a promenade with numerous restaurants and various tourist facilities.

    If you are more of the type of person who likes to go to the island, Fratarski otok is the place for you. Fratarski otok is a favorite place for residents of Pula and the surrounding area as well as their guests who come for swimming and enjoying the summer joys on the island. The island is popular throughout the year as a place for pleasant walks.

    Die Villa ist sehr groß und schön. Luxuriös und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir lieben den Blick auf das Meer vom Whirlpool. Große Sonnenterrasse. Die besondere Note ist definitiv die Wanne im Raum mit der Form von einem High Heel. wirklich nett. Ruhige Lage und trotzdem nahe des Geschehens in Pula
