This beautifully modern villa with its surrounding is a real pleasure to the eye. It has a private pool and an outdoor, shaded dining area with barbecue. It has four bedrooms, a great living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room is beautifully decorated, at the ground floor are two bedrooms with enclosure bathrooms and exit to the pool. At first floor is located the dining room, kitchen and living room. with terrace. At second floor are two bedrooms with enclosure bathrooms and terrcae with jacuzzi. The villa is fully air-conditioned, has a wifi and private parking for more 3 cars. The amazing view is a pure relax for the body and the soul.

    Pjescana Uvala
    Pješćana uvala is situated just a few kilometers from Pula. The location was named due to the sand beach that dominates between two peninsulas. Many restaurants and bars are located along the coast rich of different types of beaches (pebble, concrete between lager rocks). The main bay boasts numerous restaurants, two of which are the leading in Croatia. They have been included in all gastronomic guides. Pješcana Uvala offers a true gastronomic experience. The center of the town of Pula is only 5 min. by car from the location.

    Super schönes Haus, top Lage. 5 Minuten zum Strand und den Lokalen. Es fehlte uns an nichts in diesem Urlaub. Wir hatten Glück, dass der Hausbesitzer auch zu diesem Zeitpunkt vor Ort war. Sehr, sehr netter Mann, sehr hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar. Vielen Dank nochmal für die schöne Zeit, wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

    It is a wonderful house near by the sea. New, well furnished, with a big pool and very clean. It is on a quiet location but near the city which was great for us. We like the people in the city, very frendly, many events. We enjoyed it!
