A beautiful luxury holiday home, Villa Foska with a swimming pool is located in Istria near Marčana. Marčana is located a little outside the city and is 15 km from Pula. Marčana is known for various manifestations that are held in the summer period. It is rich in beautiful natural beaches surrounded by greenery. Some of the landmarks located in Marcana are Mijo Mirokvic's birthplace, the remains of old Rakalj, and Ljubic's cave. Given that Marčana is outside Pula, it is poorly connected by traffic, so a car is recommended.

Sehr schönes Haus, vor allem der Außenbereich mit Pool, wo wir uns hauptsächlich aufgehalten haben, ist toll. Zum nächstgelegenen Felsstrand muss man ca. 2 km den Berg runterrollen, eine weitere schöne Bucht zum Baden befindet sich am Hafen von Krnica in ca. 7 km Entfernung. Fußläufig befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt, in dem man alles für den täglichen Bedarf kaufen kann. Freundliche Vermieter, die jederzeit bei Fragen oder Problemen erreichbar sind. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung bei An- und Abreise.

Sehr netter Vermieter. Super Haus. Kein Verkehrslärm (Durchfahrt von max. 5 Autos am Tag. 20 min. bis nach Pula. Würde ich jederzeit erneut buchen.

Super saubere und brandneue Villa mit sehr freundlichen Besitzern, die jederzeit bei Fragen erreichbar sind. Leider war das Gebäude hier und da noch nicht ganz fertig (das Dach über Terrasse fehlte beispielsweise noch). Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist noch, dass der Pool zumindest im September durch das benachbarte verwilderte Grün fast ausschließlich im Schatten liegt. Sehr ruhige Lage, ca. 30 min nach Pula und 5 Gehminuten zu einem kleinen Tante-Emma-Laden, der einem mit dem nötigsten versorgt. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert.
