Villas Theodor-Josip are two duplex villas, each with its own private pool of 34m2 and garden furniture and outdoor grill. Sunbathing and relaxing by the pool or a little more active socializing is carefree with a fenced garden for the safety of your youngest or your pets. The villas each have 5 bedrooms for a total of 20 people. Each room has an exit to the balcony where with a morning coffee you can relax and enjoy the view of the beautiful surroundings. The balcony offers an enchanting view of the islands and the romantic Opatija. All rooms are luxuriously and functionally decorated and each has air conditioning and TV. All bedrooms have a private bathroom with a shower. The villas together have 600m2 of interior space with a total of 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms to make the facilities spacious and comfortable for all guests :) There are also private parking and free wi-fi.
