The property also provides four private parking spaces.This villa is ideal base for friends or families to come together and spend an unforgettable summer holiday near the beach.Please note this property does not accept stag/hen parties. Volle Punktzahl von uns ( drei Erwachsenen + frenchie) waren 2 Wochen im juni/Juli 2425 dort in der Villa und haben das in vollen Zügen genossen . Wir haben das Glück gehabt fast täglich ein super Wetter zu haben und die wunderschöne Umgebung zu genießen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr modern und gehoben. Eine sehr schöne Aussicht auf die Adria begrüßte uns jeden Morgen und lud uns auf die gesamte Umgebung zu erkunden. Dank unserem sehr netten und zuvorkommenden Eigentümer haben wir den einen oder anderen Tipp gegeben hat , genossen und unserer kleinen frenschie hat es auch sehr gut gefallen. Die Kategorie gehoben ist zurecht gegeben worden, jedes unserer Zimmer war sauber und klimatisiert und verfügte über ein eigenes Badezimmer. Auch die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und kompetent. Auch die Vermieter sind tolle Menschen die sich bemüht haben das wir unseren Aufenthalt genießen konnten, und immer für uns erreichbar sind. Herzlichen Dank nochmals und jederzeit wieder.

"Great, just great! Lovran is a very beautiful small town with very good restaurants and a beautiful coast and beaches. The house is super with a great view, pool and terrace. All bedrooms are very nice and so the rest of the house. Mario is a very nice host and did everything to solve some technical issues we had in the house. We stayed one week and loved it! Will come back!"

Továbbá, a mindenre kiterjedt részletes tájékoztatást érkezésünkkor. Elhelyezkedés 9 Kifejezetten ajánlom azok részére, akiknek csendre, nyugalomra, természet közelségre, szép panorámára lenne szükségük.
