This luxurious Villa Simeana is located in the wonderful village Kringa. This wonderful villa for 20 persons is just a few minutes drive from the towns Sveti Lovrec and Tinjan. This is an originaly villa from 1805 completely rebuilt in 2016. The villa is very big with 9 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 20 persons. Stone open walls are partially preserved and give a touch of rural charm. The villa is fully airconditioned with 16 pieces of airconditions has a fully equipped kitchen, 9 ensuite bathrooms and everything you could need for a completely relaxing vacation.The ground floor is equipped with a big modern kitchen, a cosy living room with fireplace and one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom a separate WC, a common room with a pool table and darts. The others 8 bedrooms are divided over the first and second floor. The villa has alsa a sauna and a great big size pool of 85m2.
