The ground floor is designed with an open plan that includes a fully equipped kitchen, spaciuos dining room, and living room. On the same floor is wellness area with indor hot tub and sauna and one cozy bedroom with double bed and private bathroom.On the upper floor, you'll find three bedrooms; two are equipped with double beds, and one of these also provides access to a balcony. The third bedroom contains two single beds. Each bedroom includes its own en-suite bathroom and a TV.On the property is a private parking available for up to five vehicles, wich includes an Electric Vehicle charging station enhancing convenience for guests who prefer to travel with electric vehicles.This villa is an excellent choice for families or groups seeking a blend of comfort, luxury, and proximity to tourist attractions while still enjoying the tranquility of a rural setting.- Please note this property does not accept stag/hen parties. - Youth groups are accepted only after prior agreement with the agency. Hey Leute, ich war total begeistert von dieser Unterkunft! Die Lage ist super ruhig, perfekt zum Abschalten nach ’nem langen Tag. Aber es ist auch für Jugendliche geeignet. Das Haus selbst war blitzblank sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht – voll durchdacht. Ich würde sofort wieder buchen. Preis-Leistung stimmt total, und die Kombination aus Ruhe und Komfort ist unschlagbar. Absolute Empfehlung für alle, die entspannen wollen!
