Outdoor features include a covered terrace for alfresco dining, a barbecue, a 32 sqm swimming pool, a hot tub, and parking for two cars.The villa can accommodate 6-8 guests and offers 164 sqm of air-conditioned living space across two floors. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living area with satellite TV and access to the terrace, alongside a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, an air-conditioned bedroom with bathroom and separate beds. The ground floor also offers an additional toilet. The first floor contains air-conditioned bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom, terrace with panoramic seaview and an extra room with a one-person's bed. The other bedroom on the first floor also has a double bed, ensuite bathroom and additional auxiliary bed.Youth groups under age 26 allowed only with prior arrangement with the agency.

Kommunikation war super und schnell, falls was fehlte. Haus ist auch sehr schön. Bäcker ist nicht in der Nähe aber da können Sie ja nichts dafür.
