Villa Bibinje with private pool, sauna and jacuzzi is situated near the beach in Bibinje, a small tourist town near Zadar. This charming holiday home is located only 100 m from the sea while the main beach is 400m away. Villa Bibinje spreads over two floors for a comfortable accomodation for up to 12 persons. On the ground floor are two cozy apartments suitable for 8 persons. On the first floor is a spacious two bedroom apartment with fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom. There is also a beautiful covered terrace with dining table for your relaxing moments with friends and family and a cozy lounge set. The garden is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers, private swimming pool, terrace with BBQ and a relax area with indoor jacuzzi and sauna.

    Das Haus passt ideal wenn es komplett genommen wird. Es liegt in der 2. Reihe direkt an der Hauptstraße der Bootsaufbereitung/Lagerung zwischen Bibinje (20 min. Fußweg) und Sukozan (>20 min. Fußweg) ca. 7 min. zu einem kleinen Stadtstrand. Gute Ausstattung/Pool mit 3 Apartments (1 x groß). Ist trotz Straße ruhig gelegen, jedoch für Einkauf sollte fahrbarer Untersatz vorhanden sein. Wir konnten sogar vorher anreisen und Vladimir begrüße uns sehr herzlich mit einigen Tips zum kroatischen Tagesablauf und zum Ort. Bibinje ist ein kleiner Ort mit ursprünglichem Charakter (mehrere nette Retaurants), der aber so langsam als Touristenort erkannt wird. Daher ist die Infrastruktur noch sehr charmant, was sich aber bestimmt bald ändern wird durch die abzusehende Anzahl von Neubauten.

    Älteres Haus, verfügt über alles, was man für einen Selbstversorgerurlaub braucht. Der Hausverwalter war sehr hilfsbereit. Nachteilig war lediglich, dass man das Haus nur über eine anderes Grundstück erreichen konnte, auf dem ein sehr verfallenes Gebäude steht, was einem als Urlauber täglich nicht gerade einen schönen Anblick bietet. Außerdem wird dieses Grundstück als Dauerparkplatz für Parker benutzt, die den nahegelegenen Hafen besuchen. Dieser Parkplatz wird von einem sehr unfreundlichen Parkwächter betreut. Alles in allem haben wir, unter Berücksichtigung der angegebenen Kriterien, einen schönen Urlaub verbracht.
