Beautiful Villa Irena with private pool near Pula, only 900from sea The beautiful house Irena can accomdate 8+1 persons. The villa is diveded into two floors on more than 175 m2. On the ground floor are situated the kitchen with dining area, the living room with fireplace and one bedroom with bathroom. The groundfloor bedroom and bathroom can be used by persons in wheelchair. At the first floor, there are three bedrooms with 3 bathrooms of which one has a bathtub. The wonderful garden with trimmed grass is large more than 1000 m2. The swimming pool size is 50m2 and it is equipped with 4 deck chairs. For children's safety, the garden is completely surrounded by a fence. The garden also encompasses a barbecue area with dining table, children's playground and parking space for 2 cars. The villa is also completely air-conditioned and equipped with SAT TV and WI-FI. Near the villa there is the Adrenalin Park Barban and the Quad Adventure Club.   Youth groups are not permitted!Younger groups are not allowed.
