The luxurious Villa Maxima with large swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and whirlpool is located in Pula. Pula is considered one of the largest and most beautiful cities in Istria. It is known for many historical sights, the most famous of which is the amphitheater. In addition to the amphitheater, some other historical sights worth visiting in Pula are the Temple of Augustus, the Sergius Arch, and the Pula Castle. Beautiful coves and beaches are only a few kilometers from the city center. Architecture from various historical periods and charming little streets are one of the main reasons why this small picturesque town is increasingly the choice of various visitors. Pula is also full of excellent restaurants where you can taste various gastronomic delicacies, and during the summer months in Pula many events are held, the most outstanding of which is the "Pula Film Festival" or "film under the stars" held in the Pula Arena.
Breathtaking beach in Pula also called Hawaii Beach. Absolute dream beach to visit during your vacation. This beach in Pula is a white pebbly bay with round stones. Beach is located in the Verudela holiday complex. Near the Hotel Park Plaza Arena Pula.

GREENGARDEN KARTING TRACK
In the fun Green garden center, you cane rent a go kart vehicles. Green garden Pula is the best Croatian karting track opened in 1997. The track is homologated for holding European competitions and is 1002 m long and 7-8 m wide, which meets the strictest safety rules of karting. In the center there is a karting track for youngest visitors aged 3+, whose first contact with karting will be completely safe and independent compared to other drivers with more experience.

In the Epulon food & wine they appreciate the simplicity and creativity through the seasonal menu. There is a variety of dishes. You will find homemade and fresh tasting food done with the best seasonal ingredients available throughout the well known local suppliers. There is a terrace with a mobile roof which has 56 seats and can be adjusted to either summer or winter weather conditions.

Wir waren eine Woche da. 11 Erwachsene , 3 Kinder. Die Villa ist einfach hammer. Der Pool! 3 Bereiche: Eine Art Kinderbecken, 1 „tiefes Becken“ mit niedrigerem Rand zum im Wasser sitzen & ein Becken, bei dem man Sprudel anmachen kann. So toll & perfekt auch für Kinder. Direkt dran der Spieli (ohne Sandkasten). Und oberhalb des Pools die Außenküche - überdacht & alle Seiten können b.B. geschlossen werden. Mit einem riesen Tisch für max 14 Pers. Generell würde ich nicht mehr als 14 Pers empfehlen, da die anderen Schlafplätze auf den Sofas sind. Außen gibt es auch eine Toilette. Man muss sich eigentlich außer zum Schlafen nicht drinnen aufhalten. In der Außenküche gibt es sooo viel Kühlplatz. Nur eine Gefriere nicht (innen aber dafür 2). Dafür eine Icewürfel Maschine. Es gibt eine Plancha, Herd, Spülmaschine & Konvektomat. Innen nochmal Küchenmöglichkeiten sogar mit Ofen (ich habe eine Torte gebacken - ging bestens). Alles war super, sauber & schön. Zimmer, Bäder, … alles top. Sogar Rollläden gibt es. Auch einen Kinderstuhl & Kinderbett. Toilettenpapier, Tüten, Geschirrspülmittel, Tabs, Geschirrtücher,… alles da. Auch z.T. Gewürze, Honig & was eben noch von Vorgängern da war. Ein großes & kleines Handtuch pro Person waren vorhanden. Es gibt einen Sportplatz mit Basketball, Tischtennis & Trampolin. Die Bälle & Tischtennisschläger waren alle da. Innen gibt es auch noch so Schnickschnack wie Billard, Fitnessgeräte, Sauna, Darts & Whirlpool. Außen Tischkicker. Das haben wir aber alles nicht gebraucht. Der Pool und der Sportplatz haben gereicht & wir waren super happy. Der Nachbar hatte viel laute Musik. Uns hat das gar nicht gestört. Die Flugzeuge sind manchmal kurz laut. Auch das nicht wild, da selten. Das eine Haus hat 2 Etagen, je 3 Zimmer & 3 Bäder in einer Etage und 2 in der anderen. Ein extra Eingang führt zu einem Bereich mit „Vorzimmer“, Bad, Schlazi & Kühlschrank. Lage top, aber mit Auto. Alles gut zu erreichen :) Viel Spaß :)
Es war alles perfekt. Diese riesige Villa ist ein Wunder des Objekts.. es hat alles was Sie brauchen für einen perfekten Urlaub. Das Haus, Garte, Umgebung....Es gibt sogar einen privaten Basketballplatz..wir waren alle begeistert. Sauna und Jacuzzi waren auch ganz toll!! Die Strände sind bezaubernd schön.Wenn ich meinen Sommer wieder in Istrien verbringe, wird diese Villa definitiv unsere Wahl wieder sein.
