The farm extends over 650 square meters with a spacious 230 square meter villa and offers comfortable accommodation for up to 8 people. The villa is located on a very quiet place and Orbanici and is very well connected to the center. The villa has 4 beautifully decorated rooms with 4 bathrooms, each equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi connection. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom with shower. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with two bathrooms, and in the other part of the house are two more bedrooms with a Bädezimme.r The kitchen, which is fully equipped with kitchen elements, has a large dining table and an exit to the garden in the pool. The garden is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers and 2 sun umbrellas also with BBQ. The villa also offers private parking. The Villa Sunce is wonderful to rent for a pleasant holiday near the sea.

    Das gesamte Haus ist in einem Top Zustand ! Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, alles vorhanden was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Super Vermieter, sehr unkomplitziert und hilfsbereit ! Wir kommen wieder !!!
