This beautiful new villa is nested on the outskirts of Pula city. The Villa is located in the village of Marčana. Marčana is just 10 minutes away from the town centre as well as the white pebbly beaches. The property is in a nice quiet location allowing for perfect tranquility and privacy. Outside you will fine a nice walled and gated garden with a nice pool. A barbecue zone as well as an al fresco dinning area is at your disposal. On the veranda there is some nice lounge furniture for a morning coup of coffee. The interiors have been beautifully decorated and are flooded with light with glass walls looking out to the garden/pool area.Everything is on a single floor so it is ideal for small children or older persons. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. For extra capacity you can use a sofa bed in the living room.

Die Vermieter waren nett und freundlich. Wir mögen das Wohnzimmer, es ist alles offen, ein Raum mit einem großen Ausgang zur Terrasse. Genau wie auf den Bildern. Alles was wir brauchten war da. Voll ausgestattete Küche und nicht zu vergessen, Hunde sind willkommen!
