Luxury villa with pool near Pula Villa Dorotea is a luxury 3 bedroom villa with a large swimming poll and a wonderful private green garden. It is situated in a peaceful countryside setting near Pula. The town of Pula is just 20 min by car from the villa. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, with SAT-TV and all have en-suite bathrooms. Kitchen, one bedroom, bathroom, dining area and living room are situated on the ground floor with a lovely view on the pool. On the first floor there are two double bed bedrooms with beautiful balcony and bathroom each. The dining room and the kitchen are connected with a large terrace where you can enjoy on the sun loungers in front of the pool.

     Juršići is a small village only 4 km away from the town of Vodnjan. Pula Airport and the city of Pula are also only 15 km away. Pula is the largest city on the Istrian peninsula and offers everything you could want on vacation: culture, history, gastronomy, various opportunities for active leisure and many interesting events and concerts. You can also enjoy authentic gastronomy and take the opportunity to get to know the pride of Istria at tastings of local producers.

    .....wir waren rundum zufrieden. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Haben sich Zeit genommen und alles erklärt. Das Objekt ist super großzügig und vom Feinsten, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. und sehr sauber gehalten. Die Pflege der Anlage und Pool ist vorbildlich. Der Ort ist ruhig, genau richtig für Erholung Suchende, trotzdem besteht eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit die bequem zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Mit den Geodaten haben wir über Navi die Anlage etwas umständlich erreicht. Hier wäre eine Karte der Ortschaft(auf neuesten Stand) wünschenswert.

    Unser Urlaub in der Villa Dorotea war ganz einfach wunderschön. In allen Punkten geben wir die volle Punktzahl. Wir waren begeistert und rundum zufrieden. Das Haus, die Terrassen , der Pool im schön angelegten Garten, alles war 1. Klasse!!! Sehr gut gefallen hat uns auch der kleine Supermarkt im Ort. Dadurch mussten wir nicht wegen jeder Kleinigkeit zum Einkaufen in die Stadt fahren. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein kurzer Anruf am Ankunftstag und schon eilte der Vermieter herbei um uns bei einem kleinen Verkehrs-Unfall zu helfen. Also wir können die Villa Dorotea zu 100% weiter empfehlen
